Body scan & imagery
A gentler way to wind down.
Ready for bed, but still feeling wound up? Reclaim guides you through a body scan, then a calming scene—giving you something gentle to follow, without trying to force sleep.
A sleep app that helps you understand your nights, establish real boundaries, and discover what works for you.
Instead of giving you a mysterious sleep score, Reclaim connects what happened at night to what you did during the day. It spots a pattern, tests one change, and remembers what helps.
When a short night is coming, Reclaim helps you prepare. After one, it helps you find room to recover.
On a day after a short night
Good sleep begins before the lights go out. Close your laptop, step away from the working day, and let Fortress keep your chosen apps from pulling you back in.
Reclaim considers where you are, what’s keeping you occupied, and what your body needs. Practical needs come first.
First step
Do something quiet and dimly lit somewhere else. Go back to bed only when you feel genuinely drowsy.
Mental release
Nothing from earlier needs replaying. Tomorrow doesn’t need rehearsing.
Another thought may arrive. If it stays for a while, let it stay. If it goes, let it go.
Sleep does not require forcing.
Settle with a body scan and a quiet image, or follow a few breaths.

Reclaim is in active development by Ironwood Labs. It is designed for adults with busy, demanding schedules who want their energy back.
You can try the practices here without an account while we refine the app.
No. Reclaim starts with what you tell it: your planned sleep opportunity, a few rough estimates from the night, and how you feel the next day. No smart watch required.
Fortress is planned for iPhone, to help keep chosen apps from pulling you back in during your protected evening. The app is still in development.
That helps Reclaim learn, too. It uses what you notice to reconsider the suggestion and choose what might be worth trying next.
Adults with daytime schedules who face late evenings, mental overstimulation at bedtime, or mid-afternoon energy dips.
